Setting Up CentOS hosting on your maxvps account
To choose CentOS for your virtual private server, just be sure to choose "CentOS 4.x" from the drop down menu as an available upgrade when ordering your server. When your VPS is set up it will be pre-installed with the latest CentOS 4.x version, and your login and root information will be sent to you when the server is ready.
